We are currently seeking a project architect, with experience in managing projects from design through construction documents. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for design to develop concepts into built projects.

  • 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in an architecture office post professional degree.
  • Professional degree in architecture
  • Architectural registration
  • Production experience with AutoCAD or Revit software

Job Requirements:

  • Lead design team and consultants in developing design

  • Manage construction contract administration, including payment request, RFIs, CCDs change orders, and submittals.
  • Coordinate meetings with consultants
  • Conduct team meetings and lead production team

Interior Design Assistant/Office Manager

We are currently seeking an individual for a split position that is 50–75% Interior Design Assistant and 25–50% Office Manager. The ideal candidate is self-directed and has an attention to detail, as well as a passion to excel and gain experience while being a vital part of a close-knit team.

Job Requirements:

Interior Design/Architecture Assistant

  • Participate as member of design team in assisting the project leader on drawing, selection, specification of interior layouts, finishes and furnishings.
  • Develop project deliverables and project documents at all stages of design, and assist with construction administration activities, such as submittal reviews, RFI’s, ASI’s, CCD’s, etc.
  • Maintain CAD and document standards
  • Participate in team meetings

Office Manager

  • Maintain the day to day administration of the Office including communicating with the bookkeeper for payables, receivables, payroll, and other personnel issues.
  • Maintaining office standard forms and files (both electronic and physical).
  • Managing Invoicing.
  • Assist with Marketing including coordination of proposals, financial and library conferences (5), travel arrangements, sponsorships such as golf outings, etc. Maintain a marketing spreadsheet to track prospective projects and maintain client relations.
