The management of this credit union wanted a facility where the rapid changes in technology could be easily accommodated to better serve their membership's needs. Daniels and Zermack created an open office environment that allows for a paperless, all-electronic workplace for the credit union's staff and a comfortable, non-threatening place for members to explore the many opportunities and possibilities the new technologies bring to the financial industry.
The 22,000 sq. ft., two-story configuration and red-framed windows and entry area were intended to increase visibility and boldly proclaim the innovative nature of the institution.
Set at the back of the building, the two-story teller lobby has places for automated account terminals located along the way. Offices for member service and loan interview personnel are three-sided for privacy, open-front for ease of member access, and standardized for future flexibility.
